FAQ 13: Affiliated club access

Clubs affiliated to the main 'Eligible Bodies' (such as GLASS or TRF) may get entitlement to some registrations, usually intended for use by the club's relevant officers.

An Affiliated Club Nominee (ACN) can register for the "clubs account" online, if they have been given a registration key by the parent organisation. More often, these registrations will be administered by TrailWise admins as directed by the parent organisation of the affiliate.

ACN accounts are not directly transferable, e.g when an officer role changes hands, but at all times the club is entitled to its nominee registrations.
Should the clubs nominees change, the clubs secretary or current nominee should advise us by e-mailing TrailWise admin (with the 'Contact' button in the menu), giving details of the old registration name and the name and email address for the new ACN. The original registration will be disabled and a fresh account set up for the new nominated person.

The previous ACN may of course be entitled to continued access under some other arrangement, but may need to tell us about this to get their personal registration enabled.

In order to retain traceability, login details should never be passed on for use by another user. We are more than happy to set up new registrations, it's important that a user registration is only used by a single named person.
