FAQ 15: I have held an account previously, but now qualify by membership of a different club. Can I use my old account?

Yes! We encourage returning individuals to use the same registration.

If you have had a registration previously, and now belong to a different club, or are returning after a membership lapse - send an email to the TrailWise Admin Team using the 'Contact' button, giving as much detail as you can of -

  • Name
  • Old Membership number
  • Old organisation
  • Old User-name
  • Old e-mail address
    • to allow us to identify your old registration, and -
  • Name
  • Membership number
  • New organisation
  • New Username if you want to change it
  • Current e-mail address

    • If we are able to identify your registration then it will be updated with your new information. The advantage to you is that you retain favorites and usage history. The advantage to us is that we retain traceability for any evidence you may have entered, and reduce duplication.
