Why can't I see these Google Maps?

The Google map display pops up in a new window. If you have popup-blocking software (like Firefox), you should enable popups for our website. We do not use any popup advertising. Look for a 'popup blocked' message or icon in your browser, this will lead to a means to add TrailWise to your 'trusted' websites.

The Google map application is javascript based. Some browser users may have javascript disabled, and may choose to enable it. Some portable phone or tablet devices simply do not support javascript applications.

The maps window gets re-used, when clicking on further map links later. It should come to the front on your screen, but some software prevents this. You may find the map has been updated as you expect but remains hidden behind other windows.

Some users have reported that some 'Identify Theft' protection softare - like Virginmedia's PCGuard - can block access to any of the popular map websites - Multimap, Google, etc. You would need to disable checking or 'whitelist' the map websites in that case.
