I have been sent a password but I have not received it.

Your password will have been sent to the e-mail address that you used when you first registered with TrailWise, or that you changed later.

If that address has not changed, you can request a temporary password by following the instructions at 'Forgotten Password' FAQ and a new one will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Alternatively, if you no longer have access to that e-mail address, you should send a message to the Admin Team using the 'Contact' button, giving the following details:

  • Your name
  • Your TrailWise user name and/or the membership number given you by your Eligible Body (organisation or club)
  • The e-mail address previously registered with TrailWise
  • The replacement e-mail address you wish to use now
