"The application failed to initialise properly ..."

I have downloaded the application and ended up with a 56kb file in my program files but when I double click on it I get the error message "The application failed to initialise properly 0xc0000135"

The TW Exporter program needs to run under Microsoft's .NET framework ("dot-net").

No lanes returned from Trailwise ..

Version 1.02 of TrailWise Exporter had an issue whereby this message could be seen after a download was in fact successful. Please upgrade to version 1.03 of the Exporter to resolve this issue.
